We just completed this lovely site for Lara Adler (www.LaraAdler.com) that features a landing page design and two interior WordPress sites. Lara has two main focuses for her business – parents and health coaches. Due to this, she wanted to make sure that both of her target markets felt supported and received the right information for their specific situations.

Portfolio: Building a Community-Driven Site

A few months ago, my girlfriends and I decided to launch a mom blog for the Ottawa and Ottawa Valley area. We decided that it needed a strong community aspect and that we wanted a site that was really, really full of fantastic information and resources. When we set out to do this project, we had NO idea how successful it would end up being.

Three weeks after launch, we have had over 25,000 page views to the site and it’s climbing steadily. The website has attracted such amazing women and moms from our communities and it is SO exciting to get to connect with them and really feel like you are a part of your community.

Another awesome project for Anna Guest-Jelley of CurvyYoga.com.

This one was an e-book design for a free guide she wanted to put on her site. The guide is called, “The Curvy Yoga Guide to Creating a Home Studio.”

I’ve included a few screenshots below but download the PDF, for free, on Anna’s website here to check out the entire guide.

Another project for one of our awesome clients, Anna Guest-Jelley of CurvyYoga.com.

This time, we designed her a flyer that could be given to local yoga studios who were hosting stops on Anna’s CurveFest 2012 tour. The flyer template is one that can be easily changed up for each location and it ties in Anna, her brand and the message in one coherent piece of design.

Our team does a lot of creative projects and they are amongst some of our favourite. When Anna Guest-Jelley of CurvyYoga.com asked us to design her a thank you card template, we were excited as Anna’s brand is just so strong, concise and powerful.

Here’s what we came up with. It’s simple, clean yet effective as it incorporates the font we’ve used on other design items and it also contains elements of Anna’s logo in the design. We love how they turned out!

Simple Website for a Rockin’ Musician

Team BSETC just completed another WordPress site – this one for an amazing musician based out of the US. Erik Keithley had contracted us to build another site – Manik Music – and we were thrilled when he asked us to build a second site for him. This time, for his own music!

The website is simplistic in design and style, which we absolutely love, and it is functional. It has e-commerce built-in to sell Erik’s music and it also has a built-in download feature for purchasers of Erik’s songs. The site works seamlessly to sell and deliver music, which is exactly what the site is meant to do.

Website for a Local Restaurant

We love food. We also love building websites. When we get the opportunity to combine the two, that makes us even happier! We designed this site for a local restaurant, Blackbird Cafe in Burnstown, Ontario, and we’re pretty happy with the turnout. Proof that you can get an amazing looking site while keeping development costs low with the use of beautiful and brilliant Elegant Themes WordPress themes.

Weebly Squeeze Page: KatiesCreativityCafe.com

While not our most sophisticated design, this was our first time using Weebly since Weebly became a bit cooler to use (sorry Weebly!) We set up a squeeze page (using MailChimp as the e-mail capture tool) and created a space where Katie can promote and share her Creativity Cafe.

We also created the logo that you see on the site as well as a branded Facebook cover photo for her page (and we also set up the page too!)
